Cancellation Policy

Payments Clients are required to make a 50% payment before the treatment and the remaining 50% balance after the treatment. Payments can be made using a debit or credit card. Cancellations If you need to change your appointment date that’s absolutely fine but please do give at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. If the appointment is cancelled before 48 hours then 100% of the initial payment will be refunded in full. Less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the booked treatment amount.
